We like our customers and it is our fondest wish to keep them and have them be safe when visiting our shop. To this end, we have done a risk assessment following the latest Government guidelines about stopping the spread of Coronavirus.
The main action we have taken is that visitors to the Gallery should have an appointment where possible to enable social distancing. Door handles, the door bell and the card machine are cleaned at the beginning of every day and between customer appointments. Sanitiser is available for customer use at the till point.
We have installed a counter system which has plastic suspended barriers so that where we have to be within 2 metres of the customer to design the frame order or take a payment, we are separated. Masks and gloves are available to both Art Form Partners where social distancing cannot be fully maintained or where we have to touch items which are then touched by customers like orders, payment receipts and framing items including samples. 2 people only are allowed in the Gallery at any one time at this point.
Those isolating or at risk can access to our 'contactless' services for ordering via email, video conference or doorstep delivery of complete orders.
Finally, by next month we should have a revised waiting area in the Gallery with spaced seating and where the floor will be marked out in preparation for Autumn/Winter when the weather isn't as good. Keep safe, carry on Framing!
